Finally, software that works the way you do
Generic CRMs force your workflow into their templates. We do the opposite — we shape the software around your industry, your team, and the Excel sheets you want to leave behind.
- Industry-specific data model
- Usually replaces 3–5 tools
- Role-based team access
- Built-in reports and Excel export

Why custom
What you really get
Custom CRM isn't a feature list — it's removing the tools, spreadsheets, and copy-paste that slow your team down.
One source of truth
All your customer, order, payment, and team data in one place. No switching between Excel, WhatsApp, and three other apps.
Designed around your workflow
Not a generic SaaS template — an industry-specific data model and screens. Your team adapts quickly.
Yours forever
No monthly per-user fees that grow with your team. You pay once, the source code is yours, you host it wherever you want.
Integrated with your existing tools
Telegram, WhatsApp, your accounting software, your payment provider — everything connected, no manual data entry.
Grows with your business
Start with the core workflow, add modules as you grow. We're around for changes as your business evolves.
Reports that answer real questions
Dashboards based on the decisions you make every week — not generic charts no one looks at.
Comparison

| Monthly cost (10 users) | Free but slow | $200–500 / mo forever | One-time + hosting |
| Languages as needed | Manual everywhere | Limited or paid | Included |
| Local payments (e.g. Stripe, iyzico) | Not possible | Rarely supported | Native integration |
| Data ownership | Yours but fragile | On their servers | Your server, your code |
| Time to value | Instant but limited | 1–2 week setup | 4–8 weeks, forever yours |

FAQ
Custom CRM — honest answers
How is it different from Bitrix24 or Salesforce?
They're generic CRMs — powerful, but they assume B2B sales. If you run a clinic, salon, or warehouse, you'll spend months bending them to fit. We start from your real workflow and build only what's needed.
How long does it take?
Most custom CRMs go live in 4–8 weeks. It varies with the number of integrations and roles. We lock the scope and price in the discovery call.
How much does it cost?
Custom CRM projects start from $2,249. The final number depends on the workflow, integrations, and modules. Always fixed price — no hourly billing.
Do I own the code?
Yes. The source code is in your repository (GitHub, GitLab, etc.) from day one. If you ever want to hand it over to another team, the system runs independently — no lock-in.
Where is the data stored?
Your choice. We can host it for you on managed cloud, or set it up on your own server. If needed, data stays in your country.
What's the monthly hosting and maintenance cost?
A CRM runs 24/7, so there's a hosting cost. Our managed hosting starts from $89 based on user count and data volume (server, backups, monitoring, security updates included). A monthly maintenance package is also optional: minor fixes, adding users, tweaks to existing features — from $149. You don't have to take both: you can hand the server to your IT team and skip the maintenance package.
What happens when I want a new module or major change?
The monthly maintenance package only covers small fixes and tweaks to existing features. New modules, additional features, new industry flows, major design changes, or integrations are scoped and priced separately. We outline scope and a fixed price first, you approve, then we start — nothing pops out of the maintenance package, no unexpected invoices.
What does the Lifetime License mean?
Our most common model. You pay once and use it forever for your own business. The source code is yours — you can read it, modify it, host it on your own server, but you can't resell it to third parties. No monthly fees, ever.
What does Full Ownership mean?
We transfer all intellectual property to you (~2× the price). You can resell it, white-label it, build a SaaS on top of it, or franchise it. Only makes sense if you're building a product or selling to a multi-location chain — most of our clients don't need this.
Which license should I choose?
Simple rule: if the CRM runs your business (your own clinic, salon, warehouse, school) → choose Lifetime License. If the CRM is the business (you'll sell it to others, franchise it, run it as SaaS) → choose Full Ownership. If you're not sure, let's talk — there's no wrong answer, but one model is usually 40–60% cheaper for the same outcome.
Can I resell the CRM I bought from you?
Only with Full Ownership. Under Lifetime License the system is for your business and the companies you own — to sell it to third parties you need to upgrade to Full Ownership. If a friend wants something similar, we can build them their own version (faster and cheaper because the architecture is ready) — and we'll give you a referral discount.
Can I run the same CRM across multiple branches?
Yes — multi-branch support comes standard. One installation, separate data per branch, cross-branch reports for head office, and branch-level user accounts. Under Lifetime License the number of branches doesn't matter — no per-branch fees.
What's your refund and cancellation policy?
Our standard payment model: 50% upfront (deposit), 50% when the software is ready. Once the deposit is paid we start working — at that point a cancellation doesn't refund the deposit because the team, the time, and the design/development work have already gone into it. When the software is ready we show it running in a demo environment; it isn't installed on your server or live environment until the second payment is made. Once full payment is received the software is installed on your infrastructure and the source code and documentation are delivered. The 30-day post-launch guarantee covers all bugs free of charge — but custom software itself isn't refundable. Full details are in the service agreement, which we walk through together before signing.
